The founder
Geoff Gourley
Founder, Studio Ambira · Melbourne, Australia
Geoff is an AI adoption and business transformation specialist who helps SME owners move from disconnected systems and manual processes to integrated, AI-native operating platforms.
Drawing on more than 30 years of experience as a founder, executive and business adviser, he combines commercial strategy with practical technology development. His focus is not simply introducing AI tools, but redesigning how a business attracts clients, manages relationships, delivers services, shares knowledge and makes decisions.
Since 2022, Geoff has led the design and development of AI-native platforms incorporating AI agents, large language models, governed knowledge retrieval, workflow automation, client portals, operational dashboards and connected business data. This work has earned him back-to-back AI Consultant of the Year finalist recognition at the Australian AI Awards.
Geoff understands that successful AI adoption requires more than technology. It depends on clear business priorities, well-designed workflows, reliable information, responsible governance, human oversight and measurable outcomes. Through Studio Ambira, he helps business owners translate AI ambition into practical platforms that make their organisations easier to run, easier to engage with and better positioned to grow.
