What we collect
Contact details you provide through enquiries, readiness checks and bookings; usage analytics collected with consent; and operational data you or your organisation store in the platform.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, deliver engagements, operate and secure the platform, and improve our services. We do not sell personal information.
Advertising measurement
We use the Google Ads tag and the OpenAI Ads pixel to measure how well our advertising performs — for example, recording that a contact enquiry was completed. Google and OpenAI receive cookie and device data for measurement and ad optimisation; we never send your name, email, phone number or enquiry text. In regions that require consent, these tags load only if you accept, and you can decline or change your choice at any time. Elsewhere you may opt out through your browser or device controls.
Storage and access
Data is stored in access-controlled, tenant-scoped systems with audit trails. Access follows least privilege; break-glass access is logged and reviewed.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@studioambira.ai. Retention schedules apply per data category.
