ImpactHUB™: infrastructure for a more connected impact economy

Bringing measurement, readiness, reporting, portfolio workflows and consent-based discovery into one role-aware platform.

Platform type
Multi-sided impact ecosystem
Primary audiences
Purpose organisations, ventures, NFPs, B Corps, fund managers, foundations, family offices and investors
Capability demonstrated
Multi-tenant roles, subscriptions, measurement, portals, directories, data rooms and compliance boundaries

The challenge

The impact ecosystem is fragmented on both sides. Purpose-led organisations often struggle to turn mission into a defensible theory of change, consistent indicators and investor-ready evidence. Fund managers and investors face inconsistent data, manual portfolio surveys and closed networks. Ventures can begin capital conversations before their governance, commercial model or data room is ready. The market needs better infrastructure around capital, not another promise to raise it.

The platform response

ImpactHUB™ evolved from an impact investment fund concept into an independent information and tooling platform. It supports organisations to measure and report impact, improve readiness, manage portfolio information, publish controlled profiles and discover aligned counterparties. A single organisation can hold multiple roles without duplicate accounts, allowing the operating model to reflect the real ecosystem.

  • ImpactOS measurement with theory of change, outcome libraries, SDG alignment, KPI tracking, evidence and report generation.
  • Portfolio and deal pipeline workflows with investment-committee voting, portfolio workspaces, dashboards and investor-ready exports.
  • An LP portal and document centre with permissioned files, update notices and engagement analytics.
  • Investment Readiness and Impact Maturity diagnostics, data-room checklist and an investor-fit snapshot.
  • A curated directory of 580+ investor, fund, family office and foundation listings, with search, saved lists and controlled visibility.
  • Consent-based introduction workflows and neutral matching based on declared criteria.
  • Clear product boundaries: information and tools, not financial advice, recommendations, capital raising, negotiation or transaction handling.

AI-native by design

AI supports structured work rather than making investment decisions. It can suggest theory-of-change content, draft reports from approved measurement data, identify disclosure gaps, flag unsupported or impact-washing language and surface potential risk signals. Findings are designed to point back to underlying data or evidence and remain subject to human review. Matching is based on declared fit criteria and is not presented as investment advice.

Business value

ImpactHUB™ demonstrates the architecture required for a multi-sided platform where users have overlapping roles, sensitive documents and regulated boundaries. It turns one impact dataset into different views for management, boards, funders, LPs and public profiles. It is designed to reduce spreadsheet duplication, improve evidence quality and make aligned discovery more efficient; these benefits will be quantified once active-user and reporting-cycle data is established.
